So, what is The Toronto Coffee Festival all about?
The Toronto Coffee Festival is Toronto’s flagship coffee event celebrating the city's diverse and vibrant coffee scene.
Created by Allegra Group, the global events company responsible for the London and New York Coffee Festivals, The Toronto Coffee Festival is an unmissable event for coffee lovers of all levels and those working in the coffee and food & beverage scene.
The Festival will feature over 100 artisan coffee and gourmet food vendors, tastings and demonstrations from Canada’s top baristas, interactive workshops, street food, coffee cocktails, live music, DJs, art exhibitions and so much more.
What does my ticket include?
On top of entry to The Toronto Coffee Festival for a three hour session you can expect unlimited free coffee, workshops and live music! Learn about the various different ways to make and brew coffee at home in the Lab, visit your favorite barista at Latte Art Live and graze your way through the street food market.
You won’t go home hungry, thirsty or uncaffeinated!

Where does the money go?
10% of profits from The Toronto Coffee Festival will go towards Project Waterfall.
Project Waterfal aims to raise more than $1.5 million USD to deliver safe drinking water and sanitation projects for up to 100,000 people, specifically in coffee-producing countries in Africa.
Is the site wheelchair-accessible?
Accessibility features include an elevator, accessible single-stall washrooms, automated door openers, and Braille signage in the elevators and conference centre. The accessible washroom is located on the ground floor, with accessible stalls located in the washrooms of each of the five floors.

Is this a child friendly event?
Yes! We do ask that any child under the age of 16 is accompanied by an adult.
Do children have free entry?
Children under age 10 have free entry to the Festival. Children over the age of 10 require a ticket.
Can I bring a picnic?
The Toronto Coffee Festival attracts some of the best gourmet and street food producers in Toronto who will be giving out nibbles throughout the day and there will also be plenty of food and drink to buy on site. With so many food options there really won’t be any reason to bring your own!
Will there be food for vegetarians and vegans?
Absolutely.
Will there be photography & filming?
Yes. All official photographers and film crew will have identification.
Public Photography and Video Filming
Feel free to record your own visit to the Festival for your own personal home use but you cannot sell any photos or moving images of the festival for commercial or other gain. Please respect the privacy of other Festival attendees who may not want to be filmed. Please do not bring any professional equipment with you and please be aware of health and safety issues.
Photography, video, audio recording and children
The safeguarding of children is our first priority when using recorded content. We adhere closely to set guidelines on the use of images and video online, taking special care to protect a child’s privacy and never identify children by name unless we have specific permission to do so.
Will there be a coat check?
Yes a coat check will be availble through a donation to Project Waterfall and is located by the main entrance. Any items brought into the venue are your responsibility. The organizers and venue management team cannot take responsibility for loss or theft.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
What about security?
For your safety the Festival will have dedicated Security Guards. If you see any problems or incidents please report them to security staff or the police.

First Aid
Qualified first aiders are available throughout the event. In the first instance please contact a member of festival staff or security.
Fire Procedure
A fire marshalling system is employed. In the event of fire or evacuation please follow the fire marshal’s direction.
Glass & Bottles
Are strictly prohibited at the event and may be confiscated if found.
Information Point
There will be an Info Desk located at the event. Please refer to the event guide and festival map or ask a member of festival staff, who will be happy to help.
Lost or Found Property
Please hand any found property to a member of the onsite event team, at the Info Desk or entrance/exit. After the event, property will be kept for three months and can be claimed by emailing info@torontocoffeefestival.com.
Can I exchange or refund my ticket?
Unfortunately we operate a no refund, no exchange policy. These terms and conditions are clearly displayed on our booking page at the time of purchase.
How do I print my purchased ticket(s)?

You will need your booking reference number, the email the booking was made from and your password.

What’s the difference between Industry and consumer days?
The Toronto Coffee Festival will open for one industry day.
The Industry Day Program is meant for trade professionals and includes a series of workshops, seminars, product tastings and other industry specific experiences.
The Lab area of the festival will also host numerous free, relevant seminars and workshops that will provide attendees with the latest market insight, innovative ideas and ready-to-implement training & vocational skills.
The Toronto Coffee Festival will then be open to consumers from Saturday through Sunday.
The celebrations will continue into the weekend with free tastings and demonstrations from world-class baristas, interactive workshops, street food, coffee cocktails, live music, DJs, art exhibitions and much more.
